This film is a technical foul
The animation and art are very solid, with clean lines, and no colour bleed or balancing problems. It's nice to see some hand-drawn animation can still be done in this era of CG. This actually surprised me how good the animation was, there was actually a lot of attention to detail on that side.
There is a half-hearted subplot about Sandler trying to win back his childhood sweetheart Jennifer Friedman, but the movie invests so little care in developing that story and instead points your attention to the various poop and racist jokes that this movie is full off. Though the film devotes far more attention to its abundant product placement — which receives not just a prolonged comedy monologue but a showstopping musical number at the movie's climax — than it does to Stone's love interest.
Most of the comedic elements are broken down into a few things; how other people look, so they're overweight, they're old and hairy, or they look a bit funny; racism; Poop and other body fluids; and Adam Sandler being an Asshole. They become tiring and irritating, I barely laughed if I'm honest. Many characters are thrown into this film for one-liners and the butt of jokes, and are constant references to say, "hey remember this joke?" and then expect you to remember who they are.
This film is also supposed to be a Christmas/Hanuka, but I really recommend you don't watch this around then.
